Registration Help

Following are detailed instructions on how to fill out the Facilitator Directory Registration form. If you have also chosen to join AHBI as a member at the same time, you only have to fill out this one form - there is no separate paperwork.

A picture of the form itself is at the end of this page for reference.

You can find the form on the site at REGISTER under COMMUNITY or ABOUT HB.

Click the SUBMIT APPLICATION box at the bottom of the form when you are finished filling it in.

Please note the following about these instructions:

  • Underlined fields are required - in the form these have a star in front of the field name
  • Fields in italics are by default shown in your Directory Listing entry for the public search. You can change this if you want, by changing the "access by others" values in your data after your listing has been activated.

Secure Area email address - enter the email address you would like to use to sign-in to this secure area, and to receive notifications from AHBI about your registration. You can change this email address at any time. This address can be different from the email address you show in the directory for interested people to contact you (later on in the form) It can be the same or different from the email you use to sign in to the Holotropic Breathwork Community.

Secure Area Password - enter a password for you to use when you sign in to the secure area to maintain your data. You can change this later if you like. This password can be the same or different from the password you use to sign in to the Holotropic Breathwork Community. You can use the FORGOT PASSWORD link on the Secure Area sign-in to get a link sent to the e-mail address on file for you that will include a link that will enable you to set a new password.

First Name - enter your first name as it should appear in the directory listing and in communications to you from AHBI. This is the first name of the person who is certified and applying for the listing. There is space in the Directory Listing text that can be filled in after the registration is activated where you can specify co-facilitator(s).

Middle Initial - enter a Middle Initial if you like, and especially if the combination of your first and last names is frequent.

Last Name - enter your last name. Do not use this field to note multiple people's names. Each certified person should have their own Directory Listing entry.

Street or Post Office Address - enter your preferred mail address as it should be shown on your listing. Note that this will show in the Directory List only after someone clicks on your name.

Address Line 2 - optional second address line.

City - enter your city name. If you give workshops in several cities, you can include that in the Directory text (after your listing entry is activated). Please list only one city here.

Province or State - for US states, please use the state codes and not the state names, e.g. "CA" not "California".

Postal Code - we need this to deliver mail in most places

Country - pick your country from the list.

Phone - Home - this is the optional phone number for us to use to contact you. The contact phone for the Directory Listing can be different (see below).

Phone - Additional - optional to provide us with more contact information for you.

Phone - FAX - optional

Inner Door Print Version option - this is only for AHBI member Facilitators. Select NO if you have access to a print issue through someone else or do not want a print issue. AHBI members have access to digital Inner Door issues online.

Certification Year - required

Certifying Organization - normally GTT, but at least one other organization has been authorized by GTT to provide training and certification.

AHBI Member Photo - AHBI members have the option of including a photo in their Directory Listing entry. Select the photo, which will be resized as needed. A square photo works best.

Breathwork Formats - select as many of the breathwork formats as apply to you.

Contact Phone - please include country code for countries outside of the US

Contact Email - the email address people interested in your HB offerings should use

Contact Web Address - the internet address of a web site you have where people can find out more about you and your work, apply for workshops, and so on. You can put in just the name, but if the name does not start with "www" you need to put "http://" in front of it to make it "clickable".

Link to My Community Page - optional place for you to cut and past the address of your My Page in the HB Community. Simply go to My Page in the community, copy the URL in the browser box at the top, and paste here. You can add this later. It is tricky to do it in the initial application.

Click SUBMIT APPLICATION to go to the next step in the Registration Process.
