I just love this tecnic, and after years of experiment with it, I embrace it , specially as a spiritual way.

How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)

It changed my life, my way of relate my self with me and other people. Besides it woke up and helped me to integrate important aspects that were hiding inside me.
It also changed my labour life because it inspired a lot of mandalas and made a mark in my career as an artist.

Thanks for the kind words. I am very happy to make your acquaintance and look forward to getting to know you better. I admire how you walk your path, which is so beautifully expressed in your art. How long have you been doing Holotropic Breathwork? I was introduced as early as 1996, but began in earnest around 2005. I'm in the training and expect to certify this fall as a certified facilitator. I'm excited about this because I so love this work!

Do you ever visit North America? I was in Brazil last month for the Spiritual Emergency training module. It was my first time in South America. The Brazilian people I met were so welcoming and loving!

Lo siento, Hablo espanol muy poquito. Estudio en escuela muchos anos ago. There! I won't torture you with any more of my Spanish!
