- Community-building through HB-work, meditation and sharing.
Dreamwork, mandalapainting and strory-telling are some of the ways I use for integration of HB-experiences.
I like to participate - with my "voice" - in a collective process of transformation - knowing that we are all connected in our ground of being.

- In 1995, when I started the GTT-training in Norway, together with a Scandinavian group, a radical change happened in my life. Until then my search for spiritual identity had been difficult, dominated by inner fighting and feelings of loneliness and isolation.
The first GTT modul opened my soul to a new level of spiritual experience, which you can see on my page (blog), where my mandalas from the training are presented.
Since then feelings of connectedness, community and identity has grown.
- How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
- The practice of breathwork has gradually opened psycho-physical blockages in my energy-system, especially after 1995, and created more balance between my breathing and my connection to The Self. This has made my life more whole, in the sense that both joy and grief are allowed to "dance together". "Flowing" with the changing weather of rain and sunshine, I can - more easily - return to the deep Power of Life and stay in present time.

Have you tried the Nitrogen Meditation?
Take a look in what Rudolf Steiner said about it in "The Birth of the Biodynamic Method By Rudolf Steiner"
We are all conected when we are in tune with the nature.
Although I have studied Psychology for 3 years, Unfortunately I couldn´t finish the colllege, but I still have much interest about the inner feelings and the effects they cause in our body and mind.
By the way, I had visited your country twice, and WOW, what a beautiful country and people! ALso I went to the Munch Museum, fantastic! Keep in touch, Warm hugs from Brasil. Maria

WOW! What a nice surprise to get your message. For a long time I enjoy looking at your work.
I have been working with SoulCollage(TM) since 2004 when I wrote to Seena Frost, I was living in US and I bought her book. I would like to go deep in this subject. It has been an interesting experience for me. We, artist, have a connection in some way, so, we are " soul friends" already.
