What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)

My interest is in personal, scientific and planetary! Personal because it is a big part of my personal journey to connect with myself, others and something bigger than myself. Scientific because I am fascinated by Grof's work and understand the struggle he has had with traditionalists. Planetary because I believe that if you want to change the world start with yourself and if more people were doing this work the new earth evolution would pass more quickly through the current death rebirth cycle.

I have been a certified facilitator since 1999 and I lead workshops in British Columbia and Alberta. This spring Jane Cooper, who I have partnered with for this work for the last couple of years, have a series of workshops in Calgary. We both did breathwork in the early 1990's with the fabulous team of Dr Ingrid Pacey and Wendy Barrett.

How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)

I discovered an inner connection to my authentic self and all that is through holotropic breathwork. I would give that to everyone If I could it is such a precious gift to me. That is what I'm up to as a facilitator.
