Profile Information

What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)
At the moment, I am training to be a Breathwork Facilitator and loving the journey...
Tell the other community members something about yourself. (You can change or expand this later in your Profile.)
In the 1990's, I took a Psychology degree and after this trained as a Mental Health Nurse. I currently work in the field of Mental Health. I would love to facilitate workshops in the UK one day...
How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
My very first breathwork changed my life. Breathwork has given me a glimpse into the power and mystery of being alive and the promise of coming to know my true self. The work fills me with gratitude and hope. This has become a way of being in the world for me, it's truly wonderful.

Hi,
Just logged on here in Ireland. I'm on a holotropic weekend now. Was on one 2 weeks ago and met a couple from the Netherlands.

Greetings, Holly. Can you tell me if you have found any other helpful practices towards personal growth?

My friends helped me get a digital picture taken and inserted into my web site as I am pretty new to all of this computerized stuff. They said this was a good picture, but I look so stern and serious! I can be that, but I like the light-hearted side, too. And a light-hearted picture would not be as off-putting as this old grump on the page. I really have to change this.

Anyway, thanks for responding and stay tuned for a better snap shot!

Thanks for responding, Holly. This is my first experience with communicating on a web site and now it feels like there might actually be real people out there.

Have a good day and we will chat more in the future, ok? Catch you later.

Do you have any other approaches to personal growth using non-ordinary reality that you would suggest? HB has been of the highest impact for me, but I am open to suggestion.
