I'm a retired businessman, a writer, poet, artist, designer who spends part of the year living in Seattle and the other part in Abadiania in Brazil where I receive ongoing treatments for Motor Neuron Disease.......a 'terminal' illness which I'm being slowly cured of.
How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
other then having read various books I'm new to this practice........an utter neophyte.
