The inner journey through dreams and visions has been so important for me too. Right now I am very concerned about how we can find our identity and be community for each other. Ojala puedas hacer una experiencia holotropica, es un trabajo fascinante. Recorda que puedo recomendarte alguien en Porto Alegre para hacerla. Y seguramente en San Pablo tambien debe haber algun buen facilitador, si no queres viajar podrias preguntarle a Alvaro Jardin para que te recomiende alguien por tu zona.

es increíble como internet permite acercarse y conocerse mas alla de las distancias fisicas. La busqueda de sentido ha sido el motor que ha guiado mi vida hasta hoy. Es una búsqueda que nunca termina pero que permite un verdadero acercamiento al nivel del alma.
Me alegro de conocerte y de poder compartir este interes contigo. Hermosa la pagina de collages, voy a ver si implemento un poco mas esta practica en mi trabajo como terapeuta y en los talleres de Respiraicón Holotrópica. - Gracias Maria por compartir un poco de tu vida tus interese conmigo. Recibi una nota tuya y te respondo por aqui pues no se hacerlo de otra manera, no entiendo mucho de internet. Yo conoci personalmente a elizabeth Kubler Ross, hice una formacion con ella hace muchos años. Tambien tengo mucho interes en los temas que mencionas. Conozco una buena facilitadora de holotropica que da talleres cerca de Porto Alegre, no te animarias a viajar? Es posible que tarde a veces en contestarte pues tengo poco disponible para estar en la computadora. Como la conociste a Kylea? Ale Scigliano said… - Hi Mary, thanks for your comments about my paintings and mandalas. I think it's best to experience the tecnique, bisedes to be well informed. It's not something you can do alone. It takes a context: facilitators, group, location, etc.
I do not know if in Sao Paulo there are workshops where you can join to, but within the same community there a group in Portuguese, there are several facilitators who could guide you to take your first experience with the HB and in your country.
I'm argentinan, I live in Buenos Aires and I can recommend with confidence the institute where I practice this tecnique. Director, Lic Ana Maria Aguirre speaks English very well and understand Portuguese, you can learn and communicate without difficulty with her, not only because of the language .... she is a major pillar of the holotropic in South America and can guide you to find the place.

Hola María, gracias por tus comentarios sobre mis mandalas o pinturas. Creo que lo mejor es experimentar la técnica, vivenciarla además de informarse. No es para hacerlo sola. Se necesita de un contexto: facilitadores, grupo, lugar, etc.
No sé si en Sao Pablo hay talleres en donde puedas participar, pero dentro de la misma comunidad esta el grupo en Portugués, ahí hay varios facilitadores que podrían guiarte para tener tu primera experiencia con la RH y en tu mismo país.
Yo soy argentina, vivo en Buenos Aires y puedo recomendarte con absoluta confianza el instituto donde yo lo hago. La directora, Lic Ana Maria Aguirre habla muy bien en ingles y entiende el Portugués, puedes comunicarte e informarte sin dificultad con ella, no solo por el idioma .... ella es un gran pilar de la holotrópica en Latinoamérica y te puede guiar para encontrar el lugar .

resultaron muy interesante, si bien hay solo 7 algunos de ellos transmiten
estado ampliado de consciencia. también observe que no has tenido ninguna
experiencia con la Respiración Holotrópica, por lo cual me gustaria
preguntarte ¿como llegaste a la comunidad y a tu interes por el arte
holotropico?.
En principio, te comento que el arte holotropico es el resultado de la
experiencia con la respiración holotrópica, y el arte, para la holotrópica
es una herramienta integradora de tal experiencia. El tema es muy amplio,
por eso creo sería conveniente me envies unas series de preguntas, las que
te puedo responder a la brevedad si es en Español.¿ te parece? también con
cierto esfuerzo puedo leer el portugues. Para mi facilitaria la
comunicación.
