Hi Rhoda, I've only been reading about Holotropic Breathwork in Grof's books. I'm just looking for someone or a group that does H.B. sessions. I'm also curious how expensive these sessions are as I'm pretty tight on money

My goals are simple: stop wasting time and energy on trivial irritations and be more open to higher callings. When I can manage to operate from that place, my heart leads me and good things happen for everyone involved.
