Corrections

I am trying to make a number of corrections in my life. As someone who never felt good enough, I thought if I strived hard enough I would be good enough for my culture. What a waste of time to define myself by others. It sounds obvious, but I am now just starting to get it. Short Session

It is possible to do short sessions with experienced breathers as part of regular psychotherapy sessions. Did one last night...took 70 minutes and pt was "overcome" by turiya which turned out to give her great confidence in her own inner resources and healing power. Continue

Healing

I just come back from a family constellation in Germany and this work in a way is similar to holotropic breathwork, but on another level, and there was so much healing of old, ancient wounds, which was a big bless for me.
