The Mandala-Gallery is great!
This morning, 1st of February 2009, I was sitting for a long time in front of my PC, just letting the different paintings and drawings flow like a river of experiences. AHBI has made a completely new way of communicating through this web-site for HB –work! Congratulations!
Building community mainly comes from sharing something important together – in this case – holotropic experiences through NOSC. In a rapidly changing world where we no longer can expect that anything is permanent, our holotropic experience can be a bridge between yesterday and to-morrow. We are “surfers” on the ocean of unpredictable experiences. What we share is our breath and our intentions, knowing that The Great Spirit is a living presence inside us and around us.
Our mandala-work is a language we can develop further, like a symphony, or a poem. Here are many “voices” expressed through paintings and the message is clear: energy is moving and we are not alone!
I can recognize myself in one way or the other, feeling that a community is finding its form in our changing world. Change is “The Bridge” and we have learned to “go with it” and not resist the blocked energies from the past. In my personal life this has to do with old patterns of thinking, old patterns of feeling and old patterns of understanding reality. The new is “presence” – in breath, feeling and thinking – right here and now – as a flower opening to the sun in the beginning of spring, or a newborn baby opening its eyes to the mother.
Since I joined GTT in 1995, my feeling of community has grown. To-day I am part of this rapidly growing community across the whole world. It makes me happy and it gives me identity. Before 1995 I only had pictures and images to express my spiritual experiences. Gradually these inner visions have grown into understanding of a collective reality.
To-day I realize that many people around the world has similar experiences and we can share these experiences through a common language. Our unconscious archetypes have come to the surface in a collective way and they build bridges of identity and community between us.
When the changes around us are unpredictable and quick, the more important it is that we can stay grounded in our being, connected “shoulder to shoulder” and doing our sacred, inner work with courage and persistence. Our identity is not only a private “thing”, much more it is a personal experience in the collective “ocean of consciousness”. Each one of us has a story to tell and each one of us is important. That\s how community is build – brick by brick – as a sacred building of living stones.
I invite everybody, who feels like sharing a “tale of experience”, to participate in the Chorus
Love,
Anne (Norway).
